The integrated buckle design of the disposable spray cup spout connects the adapter more tightly, which greatly improves the stability of the connection between the spray cup and the spray gun. At the same time, the enlarged cup spout diameter makes the paint discharge faster and more uniform, which greatly improves the spraying effect.

The disposable spray gun cup provides a variety of capacity options (including 200ml, 400ml, 650ml, 850ml), which can meet the different spraying needs from 1-panel repairs to 4-panels repairs and reduce the frequency of cup replacement.

Mini Cups（200ML）for 1-Panel Repairs

-Ideal for areas requiring 6.8 fuid ounces (200mL) or less of material.

Midi Cups（400ML）for 2-Panel Repairs

-Ideal for areas requiring 13.5 fuid ounces(400mL) or less of material, such as bumpers.

Standard Cups（650ML）for 3-Panel Repairs

-Ideal for areas requiring 22 fuid ounces(650mL) or less of material.

Large Cup（850ML) for 4-Panel Repairs

-Ideal for areas requiring 28 fuid ounces (850mL) or less of material, including large, clear coat batches.

Installation and User Guide

Prepare

  Get the special disposable paint cup adaptor（AS3.0 series adapter） ready to attach to the spray gun

  Gather all the disposable paint cup system components:lid, liner, hard cup and stopper

  

• 03

  Place the liner inside the hard cup

  

Paint mixing

  Mixing the paint according to the paint manufacturer's instructions.

  Press the lid vertically into the cup.

  Twist the lid 1/4 turn clockwise into the latch on the outer cup to secure it securely.

  

Spray paint

  Attach the spray gun to the and spray gun cup lock it in place

  Connect the air hose and press the trigger to remove any air from the disposable spray gun cup

  Paint freely at 360 angle,even upside down

  when unlock the system, first of all, press the gun to the bottom and counterclockwise rotate it until the adapter is free; second, continue rotating until the lid is completely free from the locks on the outer cup, then disconnect the spray gun.

  Unlock the spray gun cup system, remove the lid with the liner, and dispose of them as regular trash

  

Store

• lf there's leftover paint,seal it with a stopper,invert the spray gun cup, and store it for future use
