2.The disposable paint gun cup features a quarter-loop collar locking system that securely locks the lid to the spray gun cup, preventing paint buildup, waste, and maintaining cleanliness.
3.The disposable paint preparation system 4.0 uses a dome-shaped lid and a full-diameter filter design. The extra paint storage space beneath the filter enhances paint flow and spray uniformity, and effectively prevents paint splatter.Every lid features a built-in full diameter filter and we offer 125mic and 190mic mesh options for different types of paints (solvent-based and water-based).
4.The standard set includes 50 pcs disposable liners and lids, which can be discarded after use, saving time on washing the cups.The mixing ratios on the outer cups allow for paint mixing without the need for a traditional paint mixing cup, making it more convenient and reducing production costs.
5. The sealing plug on the cap acts as a base when storing paint upside down, sealing and protecting any remaining paint. This allows the filter to remain moist for continued use, reducing the frequency of lid replacement.
