Operation Procedure

Rapid Preparation System 4.2 Operation Procedure with German Famous Spray Gun

1. Prepare the lid, cup, and stopper.

2. Close the bottom valve of the cup to prevent paint leakage during mixing.

3. Place the cup flat on a level surface and add the required spraying material.

4. Tighten the lid to the cup.

5. Invert the spray gun, align it with the spray gun cup, and tighten it.

6. Straighten the spray gun and open the bottom valve to ensure normal airflow inside the cup.

7. Once fully assembled, start spraying.

8. Close the bottom valve of the cup before cleaning the spray gun to prevent paint leakage during cleaning.

9. Press the spray gun trigger to use the cleaning solvent to circulate and flush the internal channels of the gun, dissolving residual paint and preventing it from drying and clogging the spray gun.

10.1 Adding paint midway:

(1) Invert the spray gun, place the spray gun cup flat, and loosen the cup and lid.

(2) Quickly place the spray gun with the lid on the shelf to prevent paint drips and contamination.

(3) Add the paint to the cup.

10.2 Sealing the paint storage:

(1) Invert and rotate the spray gun to pull it off the cup.

(2) Tighten the stopper to seal the spray gun cup.

(3) The cup can be marked with material information. Store the spray gun cup containing paint upside down, keep the filter screen moist, and reduce lid waist.

10.3 End of spraying:

(1) Invert and rotate the spray gun to pull it off the spray gun cup.

(2) Open the valve at the bottom of the cup to pour out the remaining paint.

(3) Discard the disposable cup and lid. Operation complete.
