Innovative Collar-Free Disposable Spray Gun Cup Launched by AYSPAT

The collar ，which forms  a tight connection between the cup and lid,  has long been a crucial component in disposable spray cup systems. During busy painting sessions, painters often lose or damage the collar, preventing the disposable spray cup from functioning properly, creating significant challenges.

To address this issue, the newly designed AYS3.1 spray cup was developed. It features a groundbreaking "integrated snap-on cup body + patented quick-lock sealing technology," enabling the lid and cup to securely attach without a separate

collar.

- The AYS3.1 disposable spray cup is made of solvent-resistant and impact-resistant PP and PE materials. It supports a wide range of coatings, including latex paint, oil-based paint, and varnish, effectively eliminating the corrosion issues commonly associated with traditional spray cups.

- A cut-out window on the outer cup allows sprayers to easily monitor the remaining paint level.

- Four different capacities are available (200ml, 400ml, 650ml, and 850ml), suitable for spraying different areas.
